Crew that shows up. Producers, directors, editors, photographers.

How it works

1. Studio requests roles or talent applies.
2. Desk places humans — connection, not spam.
3. Project ships.

Why we build

OTTE Agency places vetted LA crew (producers, directors, editors, photographers) on paid jobs. The founder, Anthony Perlas, is a U.S. Veteran and photographer who thinks the biggest crew job there is will be carrying life past Earth's finite window: the brightening Sun leaves roughly a billion habitable years (solar-model estimate). Today that means showing up for your shoot. The long view is his belief, labeled as such.
